It is very simple and easy process and you can make juices with any ingredients which is available in your houses. So many natural and fresh item are available in our houses but we are not aware about this. Today I am sharing a very good juice recipe to everyone which is made by natural and healthy banana stem.
Banana stem is very popular and contains a lot of health benefits but very less people aware about its benefits so it is considered as waste. We can make different types of juice and curries by using banana stem. Here, we can see how to prepare very easy and simple homemade banana stem juice. It is highly useful to kidney stone and if we use it on daily basis this disease will go off completely. It is very good to lose weight and also helps to balance blood pressure. It will be very good to diabetic patients without sweets. Its main flavours are ginger and mint leaves flavours. It can give us extra energy to do work. To get complete natural juice we can use honey instead of sugar. I have used lime juice to this so it will have the mixed flavours such as sweet, sour and little spicy. Mainly we are using it in summer season because it is very cool and energetic drink. It will give us some good and fresh experience and it will be very special to everyone and we can enjoy a lot.

Ingredients

Banana Stem (Vaazhapindi) - 2 pieces
Ginger - 1 piece
Lime Juice - 3 Tab spoon
Cold Water - 1 cup
Mint leaves - 2
Honey - 4 Tab spoon

Method
  • Clean and wash and cut it as small pieces and put it in a blender.
  • Remove the peel of ginger and cut it as small pieces and add to blender.
  • To this add mint leaves and cold water and blend it well.
  • Then strain the extract and add lime juice and honey and mix well.
  • Transfer it in a serving glass and decorate with lemon and serve it.
Tips
  • It would be better if you use a little cardamom powder in it.
  • You will get a better flavour and taste if you use dried ginger powder instead of using ginger and a little cinnamon powder.
  • You can make it with sugar.
  • If you need more cold juice add 1 or 2 extra ice cubes.
