Juice is one of the important cool drink for everybody especially in summer season. We are using different types of juice in summer season to get rid of tiredness and heat from the body. Juices contain a lot of water content and minerals which needs to human body. All most all juices contains vitamin C. We can make infinite number of juices with different tasty and healthy fruits and vegetables. I like to have juices very much so I am making different fruits and vegetable juices. To get new taste I will make in different ways by adding different ingredient based on my choice. I need not to explain the effects of juices in summer season because everyone has experienced it at least once. We can't avoid foods from our life and Cool juices also became like that. To get healthy juices try to use natural and fresh fruits and vegetables. Today, I made another fresh juice which is made by natural and fresh Guava that was there in my home.
Guava fruit is a natural fruit which contains a lot of health benefits. It will be available on both houses and shops as well. Its cost is very less so we can buy it from market very easily. It is very good to everyone especially diabetic patients because its reducing sugar content from body. Here, we can see how to make very natural and healthy guava juice. It is very simple and easy recipe to follow. It is completely natural and homemade juice and can be used on daily basis. To get variety flavour I have used ginger because its flavour is an excellent combination with this guava flavour. This healthy juice will give us a good experience to stomach. It will be very good to those who are not interested to eat food because it is a good medicine to get hungry. We can use both sugar and honey to get sweet but honey will give us completely natural juice. Guava fruit seeds are not good to health so we have to use strained juice. It will be very good in summer season because it is very cool and thick juice.
This juice will be very special to everyone especially guests. Everyone can enjoy a lot with this special and healthy juice.

Preparation Time - 3 minutes
Cooking Time - 5 minutes

Ingredients

Fresh Guava - 5
Honey - 3 tab spoon
Ginger - 1 piece
Cold Water - 1 cup
Ice Cubes - 3

Method
  • Wash Guava gently and cut it as small pieces and put it in a blender.
  • Remove the peel of ginger and cut it as small pieces and add to a blender.
  • To this add cold water and ice cubes and blend it well.
  • Then strain the extract through stationery and add honey and mix well.
  • Transfer this in a serving glass and serve it with cold and freshness.
Tips
  • To get variety smell and taste use a little cinnamon powder and cardamom powder.
  • You can use sugar to get sweet instead of using sugar.
