Everyone is trying to get new things in any field including cooking. I have come here today with another tasty recipe which is known as Healthy Chocolate Smoothie. We can imagine its taste when we hear this name.
Chocolate is very famous, popular and very tasty item. I know that everyone has tasted it and it is favourite for everyone especially children. Dark chocolate and white chocolate are available in shops. Earlier it was only available for anyone who were working gulf countries or abroad. But now a day it is available in everywhere in the world. So many people those who like cooking or interested to get a variety taste are making chocolate in houses. Someone is using chocolate as business because it became that much popular. Chocolate has a lot of health benefits and it helps to increase the glow of skin, immunity power and improve the health of heart if you have daily one piece chocolate. We can make a lot of variety and tasty dishes by using this sweet chocolate. Chocolate payasam, chocolate milk shake, chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream are the main and famous dishes of chocolate. Chocolate is using for the decoration of other sweets. Here, I have made very easy, healthy and tasty chocolate smoothie. It very cool, sweet and thick drink. It is the mix of almond powder, oats powder and milk so that I can say that it is a healthy drink without any doubts. It is very helpful to boost energy when we tired. I have made this smoothie by using chocolate sauce which is made by chocolate. This is one of my favourite cool drink. It gains the weight so this drink is highly beneficial to anyone who wants to gain weight and they have to drink it on daily basis. I used fat removed milk to make so everyone can use it including cholesterol patients. It is better to serve in summer season to reduce heat of body. We can serve this protein rich drink to guest or our dearest one. It is better to drink immediately after preparation and we can enjoy a lot with this sweet drink. It can make it very easy at home.
Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 5 minutes
Decoration - Chocolate Sauce
Chilled Milk - 1 cup
Chocolate Sauce - 1/4 cup
Almond Powder - 1 teaspoon
Oats Powder - 1 teaspoon
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Ice cubes - 3
- In a blender, add milk, chocolate sauce, almond powder, oats powder, ice cubes and honey and blend it well until soft and frothy.
- Pour it in a serving glass and pour chocolate sauce on it and serve it cold and fresh.
- To get more taste use cashew nuts powder.
- You can decorate it with chopped almond, pista and kiss miss.
