It has natural yellow colour and its peel is very thick and contains strong thorns. It helps to improve digestion process of human body. We can make a lot of variety dishes by using pineapple. Pineapple juice, pineapple squash and jam are the main, common and easy dishes from this fruit. This fruit is very helpful when we tired, because it gives extra energy. I like this fruit very much because it has the mixed taste of sour and sweet taste. I can't have this fruit directly too much so I am trying new recipe with pineapple. It is very useful before travelling because it prevents stomach problems. We can make both sweet and spicy salads by using this fruit. We can make salads by mixing other fruits and vegetables. Salad is very good to body and it helps to become cool. I would like to have salads so I have tried different types of pineapple salads. In this article I am showing a verity taste of pineapple salad. Its main specialty is that, I used fresh cream to get creamy effect. I have made it in chilled milk so need not cool it again and can have it with freshness. To get a protein contents and better taste I used almond powder. To get more pineapple flavour I added 1 drop pineapple essence. It is completely a cool and healthy salad. It can use with any time with any other snacks or can have it alone. We will get pineapple pieces while having it and that creates a new experience. To get sweet I used natural honey to this salad. This recipe will helpful to anyone who like pineapple dishes and salads. This dish is very useful to anyone who likes salads very much. Its taste is entirely different from other salads. It is completely natural and fresh dish without any artificial things so you can use it without fear.

Ingredients

Pineapple - 1
Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
Chilled Milk - 1/4 cup
Almond Powder - 1 teaspoon
Honey - 1 tab spoon
Pineapple Essence - 1 drop

Method
  • Remove the peel of pineapple and wash it well and cut it as small pieces and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl, add fresh cream and beat it well by using a spoon.
  • To this pour boiled and cooled milk and mix well.
  • Then add almond powder and mix well.
  • Then add honey, pineapple essence and pineapple pieces and mix it together.
  • Transfer it in a serving bowl and decorate with red cherry and serve it with cutlet, bread roll, chicken roll and samosa.
Tips
  • You can use condensed milk instead of fresh cream.
  • We can make it in cold yogurt also.
  • To get sweet use sugar instead of honey.
  • To get more taste and attraction you can add strawberry, grapes and mango pieces.
