I don't want to explain the significance of milkshake in our daily day life. We all are spending money to buy milk shake from outside especially in summer season. Everyone will have some preference in milk shake based on our taste and choice. All milk shakes will be very tasty and sweet and it will have cooling effects and it is considering as energy booster drink. We can make different tasty milk shakes with different fruits and vegetables and taste will change based on the ingredients. Milk shake is the combination with milk and any other fruits or vegetables. Some people don't know how to make milk shake natural from home some others don't have time to spend some time for make healthy drinks. Almost all are depending cool bars and shops for this milk shakes. But I can say that it is simply waste of our money and health because they will use artificial ingredients to get good taste which is highly harmful to health. To get good health we have to find some times to make natural homemade drinks. Today I would like to show another tasty, natural and homemade Papaya Milk shake.
It is very natural and tasty milk shake which is made by ripe papaya which was there in my home. We can make it very easily and papaya will be available on both markets and houses. It is an excellent milk shake for summer season. Papaya is very healthy fruit and we can use it on daily basis. Its health benefits are unlimited and better solution to get good health. We can use both raw and ripe papaya to make different tasty food items. This milk shake has no chemicals so we can use it without any fear. It is very useful drink when we tired or coming back from working places. It can reduce the hungry feeling immediately and it can provide extra energy to our body. However we are using artificial milk shake from outside then why can't we use homemade natural healthy milk shakes from home? This fruit reduces the cholesterol level and sugar from our body. It is thick milk shake with the taste and smell of Cardamom Powder. It will have attractive orange red colour. This milk shake is very useful to children to improve their health.

Ingredients

Ripe Papaya - 1
Chilled Milk - 1/2 litter
Honey - 1 tab spoon
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Method
  • Remove the peel and seeds of papaya and wash well and cut it as small cube pieces.
  • Put it in a blender and pour chilled milk and honey.
  • Then blend it well and add cardamom powder to this and mix well.
  • Transfer it in a serving glass and serve it.  
Tips
  • You have to select well ripe Papaya fruit with sweet taste.
  • Use sugar to get sweet instead of using Honey.
  • You can use Cinnamon Powder instead of using Cardamom powder. Cinnamon powder is super combination with papaya and it can give better taste.
  • You have to serve it immediately after preparation otherwise its freshness will lost.
