We can make different tasty Milk shake by using different fruits. Today, I need to share variety tasty and variety milk shake which is called Cherry Milkshake. Cherry milkshake is very tasty drink and we can say that milkshake is very healthy drink without any doubts. I prepared this milkshake when I was feeling hungry, so I made it in lunch time to know its effect then I realized that it can stop hungry for long time. I like this milk shake very much. It helps to reduce tiredness​ and giving extra energy to our body. I tried it first time and I got some energy after using it. Our stomach will become full if we drink one glass of this milkshake. Here, I used healthy ingredients to make this milkshake. Banana and Cherry are the super combination to make milkshake. It would be better if we use fresh cherry. I bought cherry from shop which was dipped in sugar syrup so I washed it well to remove sugar. Almond powder, cashew nut Powder and oats powder are very good protein powders. These ingredients are helping to remove bad cholesterol and help to increase the level of good cholesterol of the human body. These three ingredients are highly helpful to increase the immunity power of human body. I used fat less milk to make this milkshake and milk is providing calcium so it is protecting bones of human body. This milkshake is very thick and has the creamy effect. It can make very easy at home with fewer ingredients. If anyone wants to gain weight they can use it on daily basis. This milkshake is very helpful to anyone who doesn't like to drink milk because it will not have smell and taste of milk. It has the mixed flavour of cherry, banana, almond, oats and cashew nut powder. This milk shake has an attractive pink colour and everyone like this colour very much. If we drink this type of attractive colour drink our health will become improve automatically. We will be very happy when we drink this so it will give healthy body. It is very special to everyone especially children. Let us enjoy with this healthy milk shake.

Red Cherry - 1/4 cup
Banana - 1
Chilled Milk - 1 cup
Almond Powder - 1 teaspoon
Cashew nut Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Oats Powder - 1 teaspoon
Honey - 2 tab spoon

  • Wash cherry well and cut it as small pieces and keep it aside in a bowl.
  • Remove the peel of banana and cut it as small pieces.
  • In a blender, add cherry pieces and banana pieces.
  • To this add chilled Milk, almond powder, cashew nut powder, oats powder and honey and blend it well until soft and frothy.
  • Pour it in a serving glass and serve it with cold and fresh.
  • To get more taste and flavour use cinnamon powder.
  • You can use sugar to get sweet instead of using Honey.
  • You can add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence to get more taste.
