Cool or cold drinks are the favourite drinks for everyone especially in hot or summer season. But it is better to avoid this cool drinks anyone who can't use cool drinks or suffering from different diseases Children are the fan of the cool drinks and most of them are using it on daily basis from cool bars and hotels and nobody is aware about the poisons from it. Everyone is getting a tendency to buy it from outside because of its flavour and taste. These types of cool drinks and ice creams are very harmful to health and providing a lot health issues and diseases. Both children and adults are using ready-made cool drinks from outside on daily basis. Some people are drinking cold water from fridge always and these all habits are showing that how much cooled products important in human life. We all should be aware about health and diseases in this generation. We must use natural food items always and it will be available only in our kitchen or home. Homemade foods will not contain any harmful ingredients so that we can use it without any fear. I don't like to have outside food and I am using it some necessary situations so I am making different healthy cool drinks in my kitchen. It can provide health, confidence and happiness. Smoothie is one of the tasty cool drinks which can make by using different fruits and vegetables. It is very easy to make at home with fewer ingredients which are available in our houses. It taste will change based on ingredients but milk will be the common ingredient for all types of smoothie so this will be protein rich cool drink always. Today I made my favourite Apple and Sapota smoothie which is very good combination to make tasty smoothie. Cinnamon powder is an excellent combination with apple so it helps to increase the taste of this cool drink. Its main flavour is cinnamon powder flavour which helps to provide the great tendency to drink this. It can also use without sugar or honey because it has a very good taste. This is very thick, creamy and sweet and natural cool drink and this is very suitable to use when we are tired.

Decoration - Apple Piece
Apple - 2
Sapota - 2
Chilled Milk - 1 cup
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ice Cubes - 2
- Wash Apple well and remove the seeds from inside and cut it as small pieces.
- Wash Sapota well and remove the peel and seeds of this and cut it as small pieces.
- In a blender, add Apple pieces, Sapota pieces and pour a little chilled milk and make it thick paste.
- To this add pour remaining chilled milk, honey, cinnamon powder and ice cubes and blend it well.
- Pour it in a serving glass and decorate it with apple piece and serve cold and fresh smoothie.
