We all know about Tea because it is very famous and popular in everywhere. Tea shops will be crowded always and we can see that in each and every place. But we can make Tea by using different methods and changing ingredients. Its taste and freshness will be based on the ingredients which are used to make this. Usually we are serving hot Tea but some people are using cold Tea. We all are starting a day with one hot Tea and I think it became a habit for so many people. I can't say that how much it is affecting our life. Totally Tea became a part of our life and it is essential to each and every one. Normally we are using hot Tea in the morning and evening. Some people would like to drink Plain Black Tea and some others like Milk Tea. Its main specialty is that it can give extra energy and freshness when we tired or coming back from office. Tea is one important fact with breakfast so everyone is using it with breakfast. I think so many are drinking Tea at least four times in a day especially Keralites. There are different types of Tea, for example Ginger Tea, Spicy Tea, Cardamom Tea, Cold Tea, Iced Tea and Lime Tea. Different countries will have their own special Tea but usually everyone is using Milk Tea.
I would like to share very easy and traditional Milk Tea through this article. I know that this recipe will be familiar to almost everyone but this will be very helpful to those who don't know about this or starting to learn cooking. Milk Tea is very simple and easy recipe and it can make with limited ingredients. In my home, we are making this Tea from long years. This Milk Tea is very useful to use on daily basis. This will have sweet taste and flavour of Milk and Tea powder. This is completely Indian style Tea and it is very useful when we tired or suffering from head ache. Milk Tea is a normal Tea so it doesn't have pleasant smell. Its taste will increase if you use with any snacks.
Preparation Time - 2 Minutes
Cooking Time - 5 Minutes
Milk - 1 Cup
Tea Powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 3 teaspoon
Water - 1/4 Cup
- Pour Milk in a pan and boil it well under medium flame and keep it aside.
- Pour Water in a saucepan and boil it.
- To this add Tea Powder and boil well.
- Then add boiled Milk into this and mix well under medium flame until froth or bubble starts to rise.
- Turn off the fire and add Sugar and mix well.
- Strain it through strainer and pour it in a Tea cup and serve hot.
