Green Chutney is very tasty that can make very easily within few minutes. I used Green Colour ingredients to make this Chutney so we will get Green Colour dish. This can give us freshness feel and it has good flavour and smell. It has the flavours and smell of Mint Leaves, Ginger, Cumin Seeds and Mustard Seeds. We can make this Chutney by using any method. We can make this without Mint Leaves. You can select or decide ingredients based on your taste and preferences. Now this Chutney is there in almost all supermarkets. We can make different tasty Chutney at home. Yellow Chutney, Red Chutney, White Chutney, Sweet Chutney and Coconut Chutney are the some examples of tasty Chutney.
Today, I made completely healthy dish because I used natural and fresh Mint Leaves and Coriander Leaves that was there in my home. These two leaves combination is very good to remove poison from human body. This Chutney is having the mixed taste of spice, sour, sweet and salt taste. This helps to improve digestion process. This Chutney is mainly using in Chaat Recipes and Street Food Recipes. I am making this sometimes in my home and learnt this from my mother. I did not like this Chutney first time because I was using sweet Chutney at that time. But it is super combination with Sea food, Samosa and Chicken Kabab. Usually South Indians are using Tomato Sauce and Chilli Sauce with these dishes but North Indians are using Green Chutney with this food. It is looking very attractive with Green Colour. I am sure that it can give variety feeling to us. This recipe will be very useful to anyone who likes to have Chutney. I am very happy o share this amazing Green Chutney to all. Preparation Time - 5 Minutes
Cooking Time - 3 Minutes

Ingredients

Chopped Mint Leaves - 1 Cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1 Cup
Chopped Ginger - 1 tab spoon
Chopped Onion - 1/4 Cup
Green Chilli - 3
Lime Juice - 2 tab spoon
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - To Taste
Water - Required for cooking.

Method
  • Wash Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves and Green Chilli and chop well.
  • In a grinder, add chopped Mint Leaves, chopped Coriander Leaves, chopped Ginger, chopped Onion, chopped Green Chilli and pour a little Water and make thick paste.
  • Add Lime Juice, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds and Salt to taste and pour enough Water and paste it well.
  • Put it in a pot and mix well and serve it fresh with Chicken Kabab, Samosa and Sea food.
Tips
  • You can add some Fresh Grated Coconut if you need.
  • You can keep it in refrigerator to store some days.
  • It should be thick so add enough Water to make it.
  • Cumin Seeds and Mustard Seeds are optional ingredients so you can avoid it if you don't like its tastes.
  • To get good taste use some Chaat Masala.
  • It can be used to make Sandwich.
