Preparation Time - 15 Minutes

Chicken - 1 kg
Chopped Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Shallots - 10
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Green Chilli - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tab spoon
Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
Coconut Milk - 1/4 Cup
Vegetable Oil - 2 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Salt - To Taste
Water - Required For Cooking


  • Clean Chicken well and cut it as small pieces and wash well for 3 minutes and keep it aside.
  • Remove the peels of Onion and Shallots and wash well and chop it.
  • Wash Tomato and Green Chilli and chop well.
  • In a grinder, chopped Tomato, chopped Green Chilli, Salt and pour a little Water and make with thick and fine paste and keep it aside.
  • Heat a pan and heat Vegetable Oil and splutter Mustard seeds.
  • Then add chopped Garlic and fry well.
  • Add chopped Onion and Shallots and add enough Salt and saute well until Brown colour.
  • Turn down the fire and add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Coriander Powder and saute well until remove raw smell.
  • Then add Tomato and Green Chilli paste and saute well.
  • Add Chicken pieces into this and add Salt to taste and saute well for 5 minutes.
  • Pour enough Water for cooking and cover it with lid and cook it for 5 minutes under high flame.
  • Keep the flame medium and cook it well and make it thick as desired.
  • Add fresh cream into this and mix well for sometimes.
  • Pour Coconut Milk into this and mix well.
  • Add Garam Masala Powder when it starts to boil and mix well.
  • Turn off the fire and serve it in a serving bowl with Bread, Chapati, Appam and Rice.
  • You can add some Lime Juice if you need.
  • Its taste will increase if use Shallots and Onion paste.
  • Dried Red Chilli also useful instead Red Chilli Powder.
  • To get better taste use roasted Coriander Seeds.
  • You can use heavy cream instead fresh cream.
  • To get good taste and creamy effect use Cashew But paste.
  • Fennel Seeds powder is useful to get good flavour instead Garam Masala Powder.
  • Use any refined Oil for making this dish.
  • To get freshness use chopped fresh Coriander Leaves.
