Today, I have made one tasty and very good creamy drink that is called as mixed colour smoothie. It is having two colour combination such as Yellow and Orange. So I give this name mixed colour smoothie and I made it first time today. Here, I used 3 different fruits such as Mango, Banana and Papaya. These 3 fruits are there in my home so It is 100% healthy and natural drink. This is also known as mixed colour milk shake. This is thick drink and I suggest you to make this at home because it is having amazing taste. Mango is one of my favourite fruit so I made many drinks with this. So I decided to mix some other fruits to get variety taste. To get more flavour of Mango I used only Mango Essence here. You can make this drink with thick Yogurt also. It is very useful to use in hot summer season or when we tired. It can give energy when tired so use it. This is completely variety drink and looking very attractive. Let us enjoy with this smoothie in this summer season.

Ripe Mango - 2
Ripe Banana - 1
Ripe Papaya - 1
Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
Chilled Milk - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1 tab spoon
Honey - 1 tab spoon
Mango Essence - 1 teaspoon
Ice Cubes - 3 or 4 (as per your taste)
- Remove the peels of Ripe Mango, Ripe Banana and Ripe Papaya and remove seeds from Ripe Papaya and wash well and cut as small pieces and keep aside in a bowl.
- Boil Milk in a sauce pan and strain it through strainer and keep it in a freezer to get chilled Milk.
- Put fresh Cream in a bowl and beat it well with a beater.
- In a blender, add ripe Mango pieces and 1/4 cup fresh cream and pour a little Chilled Milk, add Sugar and Mango Essence and blend well like cream and put it in a bowl.
- Add ripe Banana pieces, ripe Papaya pieces, 1/2 cup bested fresh cream, remaining chilled Milk, Honey and Ice Cubes and blend well and pour it in another bowl.
- Take a serving glass and pour a little ripe Banana and ripe Papaya mix.
- Then add a little Mango paste and decorate it as get two colors at the top of the glass (As Shown in the picture) and serve it cold and fresh.
- You have to select well ripe, sweet and yellow colour Mango to make this smoothie.
- You can use heavy Cream instead fresh Cream.
- To get healthy drink use fat free Milk.
- Sugar is optional ingredient so you can avoid it if you don't want.
- You can use only Honey to get sweet.
- To get sweet taste and creamy effect use Condensed Milk.
- You need not to freeze it again after preparation and use it immediately to get freshness.
- It will be healthy drink if use natural and homemade fruits for making this.
