Popsicles are the most favourite item for kids and it can be made by any fruits which like. Long years ago I was thinking that it can only get it from shops but now I know that it is very easy to make at home. I was using it in my childhood and now also I like this very much. I don't know which time is suitable for using it so that you can use it at anytime whenever you need. But you need not use it early morning and before going to bed. To get cooling effect and relaxation use it widely on summer season. I use Paper cups to make this because I didn't have popsicles mould so it is not that much attractive like shops but taste is very good. It will be very attractive if use popsicles mould for making it. I made it very natural and healthy dessert here so we can use it without any fear. It is having natural and good white colour. Its main ingredient is Milk that is essential for children. It is the main source of protein so it is very useful for them to improve health and growth. So many people are depending Milk when they are tired but some people don't like to drink Milk directly so it is very useful for them to consume Milk indirectly. Let us enjoy with this dessert today.

Ready In - 6 Hours

Ingredients

Milk - 1 Cup
Sugar - 3 tab spoon
Almond Powder - 1 teaspoon
Peanut Powder - 1 teaspoon
Vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon

Method
  • Pour Milk in a sauce pan and boil it well under medium flame and turn off the fire and leave it for cool and strain it the strainer.
  • Pour this Milk in a blender and add Sugar, Almond Powder, Peanuts Powder and Vanilla Essence and blend well.
  • Place paper cups in a tray or pot and add this Milk mixture into this and keep popsicles stick on the middle.
  • Keep it in freezer for 6 hours to set well.
  • After 6 hours, remove paper cups and put it in a serving plate and serve it fresh and cold.
Tips
  • To get healthy dessert use fat free Milk for making this.
  • You can make it with Soya Milk and Almond Milk instead Milk.
  • Use Honey to get sweet instead Sugar and it also helps to get healthy dessert.
  • To get good creamy effect and colour use Condensed Milk.
  • You have to use roasted Almond and Peanuts here because it can give better taste and smell.
  • You can use any fruit essence or Cardamom Powder instead Vanilla Essence.
  • It will be more attractive if use popsicles mould instead paper cups.
