Watermelon is very good cooling fruit so it is mainly used in summer season. This is very big fruit as comparing other fruits. This is very sweet fruit with very attractive green colour. It will be available at any season with very low price. It is full of Water content and also has a lot of health benefits. Today, I made very tasty cool drink with Watermelon.
Preparation Time - 5 Minutes

Decoration - Mint Leaves
Watermelon Cubes - 1 Cup
Lime Juice - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 tab spoon
Ice Cubes - As required
- Remove the skin of Watermelon and wash well and remove black seeds and cut it as small pieces and put it in a blender.
- To this add Lime Juice, Sugar and enough Ice Cubes and blend well.
- Pour it in a serving glass and decorate it with fresh Mint Leaves and serve cold and fresh.
- You can adjust the quantity of sugar as per your preference.
- To get healthy drink use Honey as the sweet.
- If you need colder juice add some Ice Water.
- You can add Orange Juice instead Lime Juice.
- It will have good taste of make it with some chopped Ginger.
- You have to select very sweet and Red colour Watermelon to make this juice.
- Don't keep it in fridge after preparation and use it immediately to get good taste and freshness.
