Tender Coconut Pulp - 1 Cup
Tender Coconut Water - 2 Cups
Sugar - 4 teaspoon
Cardamom Powder - 1 teaspoon


  • Break Tender Coconut and remove pulp from inside and strain Tender Coconut water through strainer.
  • Put Tender Coconut Pulp in a blender and pour a little Tender Coconut water and blend well.
  • Pour remaining Tender Coconut water, Sugar and Cardamom Powder into this and blend well.
  • Pour it in a serving bowl and serve it cold and fresh.
  • Use very soft Tender Coconut Pulp for making this juice.
  • Use Honey to get sweet instead Sugar and change the quantity as per your taste.
  • No need to use Sugar if Tender Coconut Water is very sweet.
  • You can add Lime Juice if you need sour taste.
  • Use Cinnamon Powder instead Cardamom Powder.
  • It will be tasty if make it with Vanilla Essence.
  • You can keep Coconut water in refrigerator to get cold before making this juice.
  • Use some Ice Cubes if you need more cold.
  • To get freshness feel use some Mint Leaves.
  • Use it immediately after preparation otherwise taste will change.
