Sole Fish - 500 gm
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
White Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves Powder - 1 teaspoon
Coconut Oil - As required for frying
Lime Juice - 1 teaspoon
Salt - To Taste
Water - As required


  • Clean Sole fish well and cut it as small pieces and wash it well for 3 times and keep it aside.
  • In a small pot, add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, White Pepper Powder, Curry Leaves Powder, Lime Juice, enough Salt and a little Water and make thick paste.
  • Marinate fish pieces with this paste and leave it for sometimes.
  • Heat a frying pan and pour Coconut Oil and place marinated fish pieces one by one and fry both sides well.
  • Turn off the fire and put it in a serving bowl and decorate with some fresh Curry Leaves and serve it with hot plain Rice.
  • You have to clean fish well before using it.
  • Use a little Vinegar or Lime Juice to remove the bad smell of fish.
  • You can adjust the quantity of masala powders as per your taste.
  • You can use Black Pepper Powder instead White Pepper Powder.
  • Use any Vegetable Oil instead Coconut Oil.
