Milk - 1 Cup
Condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup
Milk Powder - 1 teaspoon
Fresh Cream - 1 Cup
Cashew Nut Powder - 2 teaspoon
Boost Powder - 2 teaspoon
Gelatin - 1 teaspoon
Ice Water - 1/4 Cup


  • Sock Gelatin in Ice Water in a small bowl and leave it for sometimes and melt it by double boiling and keep it aside.
  • Beat fresh cream well until soft and frothy with a beater.
  • Boil Milk in a sauce pan and add Condensed Milk into this and mix well.
  • Then add both Milk Powder and Cashew Nut powder and mix well.
  • Turn off the flame and add soft and frothy fresh cream little by little and mix well.
  • Then add melted Gelatin and Boost Powder and mix well.
  • Pour it in a pudding mold and keep it a freezer to set well.
  • Then demold it and cut and serve it cold.
  • Choose creamy Milk to make this pudding.
  • Use Horlicks Powder instead Boost Powder.
  • Use Whipped Cream instead Fresh Cream.
  • Use Sugar to get sweet instead Condensed Milk.
  • Use Honey as sweet if you need healthy pudding.
