Raw Banana - 2

Green Chilli - 3
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Tamarind Pulp - 1 teaspoon
Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup
Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Salt - To Taste
Water - As required for cooking

Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup
Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs

Water - As required for cooking
Method
- Wash Tomato well and slice it as small pieces.
- Peel Raw Banana and wash well and cut it as small cubes and keep it aside.
- Remove the peel of Onion and wash it well and slice it lengthy.
- Wash Green Chilli well and slice it lengthy.
- Heat a pan and heat Coconut Oil in this and splutter Mustard Seeds.
- Add sliced Green Chilli into this and saute it well.
- Then add sliced Onion and Salt and saute well until brown colour.
- To this add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Coriander Powder and saute well until remove raw smell.
- Then add Tamarind pulp and mix pour.
- Pour Water as required for cooking and boil well.
- To this add Raw Banana Pieces and mix well.
- Cover the pan with lid and cook it half.
- Add sliced Tomato into this and mix well.
- Cover the pan and cook well and make it thick as desired.
- Pour Coconut Milk into this and mix well and turn off the flame.
- Serve it in a serving bowl and serve it hot with Appam, Chapati and Rice.
- Don't overcook Raw Banana while cooking.
- Use Tamarind Pulp as per your taste.
