CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE

Chocolate Banana Smoothie is one good smoothie which is prepared by banana and chocolate. This is chemical free and we can use this any time. The main content of this recipe is banana which is highly helpful to improve our health. Banana contains potassium that is beneficial to improve immunity power and it is also contains nutrients that are regulating heartbeat. We all are using both Raw and Ripe Banana to make different tasty dishes and drinks. In Kerala, almost all houses will have Banana for both income and homely needs. It will be available in every small shop and super markets but price will change based on season and demand. Here, i used completely natural and fresh ripe Banana to make this cool drink so I can say that it is very healthy and natural. Chocolate Banana Smoothie is very cold and sweet drink which is very suitable in summer season. We all know that different types of cool drinks such as juice and milk shake. Someone is making this in houses and some others are buying it from outside. We can make different dishes with Ripe Banana and Chocolate. But here I used the combination of Chocolate and Ripe banana to get variety tasty. It was my first attempt but it was really tasty so I am sharing this recipe to everyone. This is very good smoothie to serve unexpected guests. I can say that it will be an energy booster drink because our stomach will become full if we drink one glass of this drink. This will be a very special drink for kids and we can give them when they coming back from school. This drink is entirely different from other combination and these two combinations are very good to human body.
Chocolate banana smoothie is not an expensive smoothie. We can prepare this recipe cost effective. This is the mixture of banana and chocolate. We will get all ingredients very easily. We can easily prepare homemade chocolate banana smoothie. This is sweet, thick and very tasty smoothie. If we start a day with chocolate we will get some extra energy. Main flavours of this drink are chocolate and banana and it has the smell of chocolate. We can use honey instead of sugar because honey is a natural sweet. 

Preparation Time - 3 minutes
Cooking time - 3 minutes
Decoration - Chocolate sauce, Fried peanuts and Cornflakes

Ingredients

Frozen Banana - 1
Chocolate Sauce - 1 tab spoon
Chilled Milk - 2 glass
Honey - 1 tab spoon

Method
  • Remove the peel of Ripe Banana and cut it as small pieces and put it in a blender.
  • To this add Chocolate Sauce, Chilled Milk and Honey and blend it well until smooth, soft and frothy.
  • Pour it in a serving bowl and decorate it with Chocolate Sauce, Fried Peanut and Cornflakes and serve it cold and fresh.
Tips
  • Choose well ripe Banana to make this smoothie.
  • You can use Sugar to get sweet instead of using Honey.
  • To get too much cold add 2 or 3 Ice cubes and blend it together.

RED COWPEAS COCONUT MILK STIR FRY

Preparation Time - 10 Minutes Cooking Time - 25 Minutes Ingredients Red Cowpeas - 1 Cup Onion - 1 Green Chilli - 1 Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon Chopped Shallots - 1 teaspoon Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs Salt - To Taste Water - As required for cooking Method Sock Red Cowpeas in Water overnight and wash it well next day. Peel the skin of Onion and wash well and chop it. Wash Green Chilli and slice it thin and lengthy.
