MIXED FRUIT JUICE WITH BANANA PUDDING

Everybody knows that how much pudding is important to our daily day life because it became that much popular and famous. So everyone is following new and tasty pudding recipes. We can make puddings by using different vegetables and fruits and every pudding are really tasty. Pudding is very soft dessert which can serve as a dessert after lunch and dinner for celebration and special occasions. We know that different types of pudding such as milk pudding, vanilla pudding, grape pudding and mango pudding. Here I am going to share very tasty and attractive mixed fruit juice with banana pudding.
It is very tasty and natural pudding which can make at home very easily. It is very sweet and completely natural pudding because I haven't added any artificial colour and chemicals. I would like to make homemade natural pudding so I tried this pudding. It has amazing taste and I enjoyed a lot with this pudding. It is looking very attractive and it contains double layer. One layer will be jelly and other one will be banana pieces. We will get banana pieces while we have it, that is the main specialty of this pudding. It can be served as the dessert for lunch and dinner. It will be very good to use in summer season because it is very cool dessert. This pudding contains mixed flavour of fruit juices such as apple, grape and mulberry juice flavours with banana flavour. This combination will give us new experience. I have used honey to get sweet instead of sugar to get sweets. It is very delicious to serve guests also and I know that everyone will enjoy a lot with this variety pudding. I am really happy to share this new pudding recipe to everybody. this will be very useful to anyone who likes puddings very much.

Ready in - 4 hours

Ingredients

Banana - 2
Grape Juice - 1/2 cup
Mulberry Juice - 1/2 cup
Apple Juice - 1/2 cup
Gelatin - 1 Tab spoon
Ice Water - 1/4 cup
Honey - 2 Tab spoon

Method
  • Remove the peel of banana and cut it as small pieces and keep it aside.
  • Sock gelatin in ice water for 15 minutes and melt it by double boil and keep it aside.
  • In a pan, pour grape juice and mulberry juice and stir it under low flame.
  • Add apple juice when it boils and stir well.
  • Then add melted gelatin and mix well.
  • Add banana pieces when it boils and stir well and turn off the fire.
  • Then add honey and mix well and leave it sometimes to cool.
  • Transfer it in a pudding mould and keep it in a refrigerator to set well.
  • Then demould it and serve it cool and fresh.
Tips
  • You can add sugar to get sweet instead of using honey.
  • It would be better if you use Strawberry juice instead of using mulberry juice.
  • To get a taste and flavour use a little strawberry essence.

Preparation Time - 10 Minutes Cooking Time - 25 Minutes Ingredients Red Cowpeas - 1 Cup Onion - 1 Green Chilli - 1 Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon Chopped Shallots - 1 teaspoon Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs Salt - To Taste Water - As required for cooking Method Sock Red Cowpeas in Water overnight and wash it well next day.
