Everyone would like to have juices in their daily life. But different people like different type juices. Everyone will have their own favourite or special juices. Someone will like vegetable juices and someone will like fruit juices and some category like fruits and vegetable mixed juices. I would like to have fruit juices. Mainly I am preparing juices by using grapes, apple, mango, pineapple and pomegranate. Here I am showing very healthy pineapple juice. It is entirely different from other fruit and vegetable juices. Usually we are making pineapple juice with water and sugar and I have prepared by using the same method so many times. Then I thought I need to get some changes and variety taste. Then I got this idea to get changes and it was really tasty. I have used fresh and natural pineapple to make this juice. It had the mixed taste of sour and sweet taste. I added pepper powder and salt to this so it will have a variety mixed flavour and also it provides special feelings to stomach. It has a cooling effect because of ice cubes so we can get a fresh juice. We should not keep juices for long time otherwise its taste and freshness will change and reduce. Try to use it immediately after preparation. Pineapple juice has a very attractive colour and it provides the freshness of eyes. It is very suitable for summer season but also we can use it at any time. It is one of the easy juice making method so it is beneficial when guests come home. Juices will have demand in shops and cool bars but its quality will be very bad. We can make natural and healthy juices from home. Some people don't like to have fruits directly so they can make it like juice and have it. It is completely natural juice because I haven't used any artificial colour and chemicals. Pineapple is also very good fruit which contains a lot of health benefits. This juice is very useful when we tired or coming back from office. Pineapple will be available at any time on market with affordable price so everyone can make it at any time when we need to drink fresh and healthy juice. Make this fresh juice and use it on daily to get good health.

Pineapple - 1
Black Pepper Powder - 1 pinch
Honey - 1 tab spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Ice Cubes - 2
Water - As Required

  • Remove the peel of pineapple and wash it gently and cut it as small pieces.
  • Put it in a blender and add pepper powder, salt, ice cubes and pour water as required.
  • Blend it well and strain the juice through strainer.
  • Pour it in a bowl and add honey and mix well.
  • Transfer it in a serving glass and decorate with pineapple pieces and serve it cold and fresh.
  • We can make juice without water.
  • To get more pineapple flavour use one drop pineapple essence.
  • Use sugar to get sweet instead of using honey.

Red Cowpeas - 1 Cup
Onion - 1
Green Chilli - 1
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup
Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Chopped Shallots - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Salt - To Taste
Water - As required for cooking


Sock Red Cowpeas in Water overnight and wash it well next day.Peel the skin of Onion and wash well and chop it.Wash Green Chilli and slice it thin and lengthy.Take a pan and put Red Cowpeas, chopped Onion, sliced Green Chilli, some Curry Leaves, Salt and enough Water to cooking and cover it and cook well.Heat a small pan and heat Coconut Oil and splutter Mustard seeds in it.Then add chopped Shallots and Curry Leaves and fry well.Turn down the fire and add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Black Pepper Powder and saute well until remove raw smell.Add cooked Red Cowpeas into this and mix well.…
