Pineapple and mango are my favorite fruit and these are available in my house. Pineapple flavor gives us very fresh mind so we can relax very well. This is very tasty and sweet smoothie which is made by the combination of pineapple and mango fruits. I would like to have this drink in summer season to get cooling effect. Mango and Pineapple will be available in almost all houses and also it will be there in markets. We can make it very cost effective and healthy.  This drink will give us very special and variety taste and also it is one of the famous energy booster drinks. Another important fact is that this drink is very helpful to glow skin. We can make it very easily at home and we need not to spend more time to make this drink. Mainly it is used in summer season to get more energy and cooling effect. It is very sweet and cool drink and also we can make it at any time. Its texture will be very thick and it will be very special to children and also providing a lot health benefits to children. It has very natural yellow colour so it is looking very attractive and can decorate with anything to get more attractive look. I have used very fresh mango and pineapple to make this cool drink that is available in my house. We have to drink it immediately after preparation otherwise its taste will change and also its freshness will go off.  Its main flavor is pineapple flavor so everyone can enjoy a lot with this special cool drink.

Ripe Mango Cubes - 1/2 cup
Pineapple Cubes - 1/2 cup
Frozen Milk - 1 cup
Condensed Milk - 1/4 cup

  • Remove the peel of ripe mango and wash it well and cut it as small cubes and keep it aside.
  • Remove the peel of pineapple and wash it well and cut as small cubes and keep it aside.
  • Then put mango pieces and pineapple pieces in a blender.
  • To this pour frozen milk and add condensed milk.
  • Then blend it well until smooth and frothy.
  • Then transfer it in a serving glass and decorate with mango and pineapple pieces and serve it.
  • We can use almond milk and soya milk instead of frozen milk.
  • To get another variety taste we can use yogurt to make this smoothie.
  • If we don't have condensed milk we can use sugar to get sweet.
  • We can freeze mango and pineapple pieces instead of freezing milk and blend it.
  • To get more natural and healthy drink we can use only honey to get sweet.
  • To get more cool drink can use 2 or 3 ice cubes and blend together.
  • We will get very good flavor if we use pineapple essence flavor.
  • We can use fat less milk to get healthy drink.
  • To get more taste and different flavors we can add different dry fruits to this drink.

Preparation Time - 10 Minutes Cooking Time - 25 Minutes Ingredients Red Cowpeas - 1 Cup Onion - 1 Green Chilli - 1 Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon Chopped Shallots - 1 teaspoon Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs Salt - To Taste Water - As required for cooking Method Sock Red Cowpeas in Water overnight and wash it well next day. Peel the skin of Onion and wash well and chop it. Wash Green Chilli and slice it thin and lengthy. Take a pan and put Red Cowpeas, chopped Onion, sliced Green Chilli, some Curry Leaves, Salt and enough Water to cooking and cover it and cook well. Heat a small pan and heat Coconut Oil and splutter Mustard seeds in it. Then add chopped Shallots and Curry Leaves and fry well. Turn down the fire and add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Black Pepper Powder and saute well until remove raw smell. Add cook
