This is a costly fruit in market but we are using this fruit because of its health benefits. I think almost everyone like apple very much so its demand is increasing day by day. It is very sweet fruit and doesn't contain sour taste. It gives the strength and white colour of our teeth when we eat this fruit. It is completely a healthy fruit if we have it at any form. Apple juice, milk shake, cake, pudding, ice cream and salads are the main familiar dishes of apple and these are very tasty dishes. Apple milk shake is one of the famous and tasty drink which is made by apple. It has a thick consistency and a cooling effect. I have used natural ingredients to make this special cool drink. Cinnamon powder is the better combination which can use with apple always and its taste is entirely different from other combinations. I can say that it is completely a healthy drink because I used almond powder which contains protein. It is a good drink or energy drink when we tired or when we have less energy to work. It provides the extra energy to us. Some children are not interested to have fruits but this drink is the better way to have fruits directly. Usually Apple milk shake is available in shops and cool bars but we can't trust on that so we can make natural homemade milk shake by using this method. I have used Chilled Milk to make this so we need not to keep it in fridge to cool it again. We have to drink it immediately after making this otherwise its freshness will go off. I like this milk shake very much and it is very useful to use in summer season. It helps to reduce stress, and proving cooling effect to body so it can use when we tired. Decoration - Apple Pieces.
Apple - 2
Chilled Milk - 2 Cups
Almond Powder - 1 teaspoon
Honey - 2 tab spoon
Cinnamon Powder - 1 Pinch
- Wash Apple well and cut it and remove the seeds from inside and cut it as small pieces.
- Put it in a blender and pour Chilled Milk and add Almond Powder and Cinnamon Powder.
- Blend it well until soft and frothy.
- To this add Honey and mix well.
- Pour it in a serving glass and decorate it with Apple pieces and serve it with cold and fresh.
