Everyone would like to have cool and sweet drinks especially in summer season. Normally we are depending on shops for drink these types of cool drinks. In shops, a lot of different types of colourful drinks are available but it would be harmful to our health and it is made in worst water and also contains a lot of chemical food colours. Everyone knows about this but also we are using it and not concerned about side effects. Everyone can make it at home but people don't have time to make and some are really lazy to make at home so we are buying ready-made items from shops. Someone is very conscious about health so they are making healthy homemade items and serving to others. A lot of milk shakes are available now. Apple milk shake, mango milk shake, dates milk shake, almond milk shake and nuts milk shake are some famous milk shakes. Here, I made very famous and familiar oats milk shake. Oats are very healthy and it contains a lot of health benefits. Health conscious people are using oats in breakfast. Earlier it was not familiar but it became very famous and popular because of its health benefits. It contains a lot of proteins. We can make different dishes by using oats. Oats upma, oats cutlet, oats idly and oats dosa are the famous dishes of oats. Oats milk shake is also very healthy like other oats dishes and it is very good energy booster for everyone. This milk shake is very useful to children because it helps to increase the immunity power and helps to gain weight. This milk shake is not contains any artificial ingredients, I used natural ingredients to make this. Almond Powder​ helps to increase skin colour and reduces wrinkles and its benefits is becoming double with oats. Cinnamon Powder is one of the great ingredients which can add in oats milk shake and it gives a very good smell. It is very suitable to drink at night or before going to sleep. So many people are drinking milk at night but oats milk shake is healthier than milk so it is very useful to them. I used natural honey to get sweet and used fat-less milk so we need not worry about cholesterol. Totally it is tasty and healthy milk shake. It is cool and thick milk shake and enjoy with this tasty milk shake.

Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 10 minutes
Decoration - oats


Oats - 1/4 cup
Milk - 2 cup
Almond Powder - 1 tab spoon
Honey - 2 tab spoon
Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Ice Cubes - 4
Water - 1/4 cup

  • In a pan, put oats and pour 1/4 cup water and cook it well.
  • Leave it for some times to become cool and put it in a blender.
  • Pour milk into this, add almond Powder, cinnamon powder and ice cubes and blend it well.
  • Pour it in a bowl and add honey and mix well.
  • Transfer it in a serving glass and decorate with oats and serve it.
  • You can use sugar to get sweet.
  • You can add cashew nut powder with almond powder.
  • You can add a little cardamom powder to get more taste and smell.

Fish molly is also known as fish stew. It has different name in different places. We can write it as fish molee. It is completely a traditional tasty curry. I can say that it is entirely different from other fish curries because its colour and method of preparation is completely different from others. It can make it by using any type of fishes. Better to make it with king fish but here I have used Mackerel fish because I couldn't get king fish. Usually we are making spicy red colour fish curry in houses and hotels. Keralites can't eat rice without fish curries or dishes because fishes are the main side dish of their daily day life. It will be available in some standard hotels and it has a royal effect. It will be a special and variety item to everyone. Its tasty is very nice and different from other fish curries.
