Egg is very famous and popular non vegetarian item and it is mouth-watering item for so many people. We can make unlimited dishes by using egg. Egg is the main item to try new and tasty dishes for everyone. But I have one doubt about egg, I don't know egg is vegetarian or non-vegetarian item because some pure vegetarians also is using egg dishes and also some other will say that I am vegetarian but I am using egg so it is very difficult to categories it. But egg is very tasty whatever we are making with this. Egg is looking very nice and attractive. Different types of egg are available on markets. Chicken is there in so many houses so egg will be available at anytime and anywhere. I bought egg from shop to make this tasty dish. Egg curry, egg cutlet, egg roast are the common and main dishes of egg. Egg is using as the main ingredient for almost all Chinese dishes. Egg contains a lot of protein and it is the favourite item for children so egg is using as the side dish with lunch for them. Scrambled egg is very easy to make at home within a few minutes but taste is really good. Grated coconut is help to increase its taste and quantity. Its main tastes are pepper powder, grated coconut and coconut oil. It is the very good side dish with lunch for children and employees. Pepper powder is an excellent combination with egg and its taste is amazing. It is very tasty without more ingredients. It is looking very attractive when we add egg on the pan while cooking and I am watching this when my mother is making this stir fry. Mango pickle is the best combination with this stir fry. It is very soft and tasty stir fry and everyone will like this very much so try to make this dish and get tasty experience.

Chicken Egg - 4
Shallots - 15
Green Chilli - 1
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut Oil - 1 tab spoon
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Salt - To Taste

  • Break chicken eggs and pour it in a bowl and beat it well by using a spoon and keep it aside.
  • In a grinder, add grated coconut, chopped shallots, chopped green chilli, turmeric powder, grated coconut, cumin seeds, curry leaves and salt and crush it together.
  • In a pan, heat coconut oil and add crushed coconut mixture and stir well until remove the raw taste.
  • Turn down the fire and add eggs and add pepper powder and stir well until powder.
  • Turn of them fire and transfer it in a serving bowl and decorate with curry leaves and serve it with rice and chapati.
  • You can use red chilli powder instead of pepper powder.
