VERMICELLI MILK PUDDING

Usually we are making payasam by using vermicelli. Some people are trying to make other items such as Upma, Cutlet and Kesari. People are not aware about the other dishes by using vermicelli. Vermicelli pudding is one of the easy pudding or dessert. It has a good creamy effect and it will dissolve immediately when we have it. To get sweet, thick and creamy effect I have used both milk and condensed milk. I would like to use Gelatin to make puddings because I like that types of puddings and we can cut it any shape after setting and it will be very cool. It has vanilla essence flavour and everyone like this flavour very much. To get more attractive look I used cherry to decorate and will get white and red combination. Cherry pieces increase the taste of this pudding. You can decorate with anything as per your preferences. Vermicelli is very good to health especially for children because it helps to improve health and immunity power of the body. It can be served as the dessert after lunch for guests. It takes some times to cook vermicelli after that it is very easy to add all ingredients. To get pure and perfect white colour take extra care while roasting vermicelli and its colour will not change. Pudding is very suitable in summer seasons but we can have it at any time when we need. Puddings are helping to reduce heat from body and provide cooking effects immediately. Puddings are my favourite items to make and I am experimenting by using different ingredients. Everyone in my family likes its taste very much. Vanilla essence reduces the smell of milk. This recipe will be very helpful to anyone who wants try new and easy recipe with vermicelli.
