Today is Agustin 15, that is Independence day of India so Indians will prepare any sweet dish to celebrate this special day.  Independence day is very important to everyone so we have to celebrate it very well and everyone will be very happy today. We all are celebrating this day in different ways and children will celebrate from school. Sweet dishes are important to celebrate our happiest moments. Someone will make pudding and some other will make payasam or other sweet dishes. Today I celebrated with very sweet and tasty split green gram payasam. Every year I am celebrating with some sweet dishes in my house. This payasam is very easy to prepare. Almost everyone has tasted this payasam at least once. I followed traditional method which my grandmother told me because it is her favourite payasam. I have been using this since my childhood but I didn't know about its ingredients and method. But today I got this recipe and I tried it. I used the common ingredients to make payasam. It is medium thick and very sweet payasam. It can serve both cold and hot based on preferences. I would like to have hot payasam so I served hot payasam. My family members also like hot payasam. It can make for other celebrations such as birthday, Oman and vishu. This has the mixed flavour and taste of cumin powder and cardamom powder. Its smell is providing the tendency to make this. I have made it completely natural so it is very healthy. We will get the taste of fried raisins, peanut and coconut while have it. Let us enjoy this special day with easy, tasty and sweet dessert.

Fish molly is also known as fish stew. It has different name in different places. We can write it as fish molee. It is completely a traditional tasty curry. I can say that it is entirely different from other fish curries because its colour and method of preparation is completely different from others. It can make it by using any type of fishes. Better to make it with king fish but here I have used Mackerel fish because I couldn't get king fish. Usually we are making spicy red colour fish curry in houses and hotels.
