HEALTHY BEETROOT JUICE

Juices are very famous, cool and healthy drinks and everyone knows about different variety and tasty juices. Every juice will have special taste and cooling effect based on the ingredients. Juice will give us a good health if we use natural and fresh juices on daily basis. I would like to drink juices on daily basis so I am trying to make different variety juices to get different taste and feelings. We will get tendency to drink it if we make variety juices. Tomato Juice, Raw Mango Juice, Banana Stem Juice, lime juice, pineapple Juice, Apple Juice and Grape juice are the common and famous juices. Usually we are not interested to eat raw vegetables directly so juice is the better solution to eat vegetables because we already have the interest to drink juice. Juices contain a lot of health benefits and it is scientifically proved.  You can use any type of juices with or without sweet as per your choice. Sweet less juice is healthier than sweet juices. You can change the quantity of sugar or honey to base on your choice. Sweet less juices are  very good and helpful to diabetic patients. I will not add additional sweet if I make juice with fruits because I like that natural fruit sweet taste. Vegetables will have raw taste so we can add little bit additional sweet to get good taste. Today, I made very healthy beetroot juice which is very good to prevent some diseases especially reduce diabetics, blood pressure and cholesterol. I can't say its benefits by words because it contains a lot of benefits. Beetroot juice is very good for our skin because it helps to reduce wrinkles, pigmentation, pimples and ageing problem so I give this name 'Healthy Beetroot Juice'. It is completely a natural juice and very good to use in daily basis. Its colour is very attractive and we will get good dark red colour juice if we use red beetroot to make juice. It has the mixed taste of sweet, sour and ginger taste. It is very easy to make with fewer ingredients. 

Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 3 minutes

Ingredients

Beetroot - 2
Ginger - 1/2 inch small piece.
Lime Juice - 2 teaspoon
Honey - 1 tab spoon
Water - As Required

Method
  • Remove the peel of beetroot and wash it well and cut it as small pieces.
  • Remove the peel of ginger and wash well and cut it as small pieces.
  • In blender, put beetroot pieces and ginger pieces and pour a little water and make it thick paste.
  • To this add lime juice, honey and water as required and blend it well.
  • Pour it in a serving glass and serve it with freshness.
Tips
  • If you don't like the raw taste of beetroot use steamed beetroot to make juice.
  • You can use sugar to get sweet instead of using honey.
  • You can make beetroot juice with Jaggery Syrup and it will be good to health.
  • If you want strained juice strain it through strainer.
  • To get very attractive red colour juice use red colour beetroot to make juice.

Everyone is using rice always especially south Indians are preparing different or variety rice items. Ghee rice is one special rice dish. Fish molly is also known as fish stew. It has different name in different places. We can write it as fish molee. It is completely a traditional tasty curry. I can say that it is entirely different from other fish curries because its colour and method of preparation is completely different from others. It can make it by using any type of fishes. Better to make it with king fish but here I have used Mackerel fish because I couldn't get king fish. Usually we are making spicy red colour fish curry in houses and hotels. Keralites can't eat rice without fish curries or dishes because fishes are the main side dish of their daily day life. It will be available in some standard hotels and it has a royal effect. It will be a special and variety item to everyone. Its tasty is very nice and different from other fish curries. We need not to add chilli powder to make this and also we need to fry the fish before making this curry. Mainly it is preparing by Christians or in Christian houses.
