MIXED VEGETABLES KURMA

This dish is one of the most favourite dishes for people who like vegetarian dishes. This can be done in several ways. This dish can be made both with vegetable and non-vegetable mixes. Many people do this in different ways. Here, I made it by using my favourite method. It is a nice dish with thick gravy and a mix of good taste and smell. It has been made by mixing vegetables. Fresh Green Peas is super combination with other vegetables and it increases the taste of this dish. This is spicy-less dish with creamy effects. Cashew Nuts and Poppy Seeds are giving good taste, thickness and creamy effects to this dish.

CARROT TOMATO SOUP

Carrot Tomato Soup is one healthy and special soup that has mixed taste of spices and sweet. I used little bit sweet tasty Carrot here so its taste became changed comparing the same soup which I prepared earlier. I made very less soup dishes in my home and I tried Chicken Soup, Mutton Soup and mixed Vegetable Soup. Soup dishes are not favourite item for South Indians but some people like this very much especially health conscious people and they are using different types of variety soup in dinner time. Soup is healthy dish and it helps to get perfect body without fat and get skin glow. This soup recipe will be helpful to so many people. This is also a tasty soup and it is very easy to make at home. This is completely vegetarian soup and it is better to use hot. It has the mixed taste of Sour, Sweet and Pepper Powder flavour and Salt taste.

Tomato Sambar is entirely different tasty dish comparing other Sambar dishes. Its main ingredient is Tomato which is very good for health. This Chicken dish is having a variety flavour and tasty non-vegetarian dishes. Chicken is very good item to make new experiments in the cooking field. I have made a lot of variety dishes with different ingredients and methods. It is spicy dish which has good taste and smell. CREAMY CHOCOLATE VERMICELLI PUDDING

Puddings are my favourite sweet desserts and I have made so many puddings with tasty ingredients. We can get a lot of variety and attractive colours pudding at the final stage and that is the main attraction of these desserts. Mainly I like Red, Yellow, Green and Orange colour puddings but I don't use any types of artificial food colours in my desserts items. We can make puddings with fruits, vegetables, Milk, Tender Coconut and Oats.  However all puddings will be really tasty and almost all are using it in their life.  I am going to share one variety and tasty pudding today which I have made with the combination of Chocolate Sauce and Vermicelli. This is sweet and cool dessert that also has creamy effects of Fresh Cream. This can serve to unexpected guests come home and this combination is very new to so many people. This is very famous and popular dish in Kerala and mainly it is serving as the main or first dish in the Traditional Onam celebration. This is very tasty and they are serving it with hot Rice and Ghee. This is super combination and Keralites know about this very well. Tomato kurma is very special and tasty dish and it is an excellent combination with Chapati, Appam and Bread. Tomato is very tasty and healthy vegetable which is available on market at any time. In this article, I would like to share another tasty Fish Curry which is called as Malabar Fish Curry. You can identify that it is Malabar style fish dish from this name. This is very tasty and traditional fish curry. Every place will have their own style that will be different and tasty from other dishes. COCONUT SPROUT PUMPKIN ERISSERY

'Erissery' is the favourite traditional dish for South Indians. Mainly they are using it for their traditional celebrations such as Onam and Vishu. Today I made a special and variety Erissery and it is own dish which is made by the ingredients which I like. Its main ingredients are Coconut Sprout, Red Cow Peas and Pumpkin. Coconut Sprout increases the taste of this dish double. Its main specialty is that we are using fried Grated Coconut to make this dish. Usually I was making Erisserry in Onam but I got Coconut Sprout so I tried it today and I got a good and variety taste. It is spicy-less dish and its main taste is Cumin Seeds. RAW BANANA IN YOGURT SAUCE (BANANA KALAN)

'Kalan' is a traditional Kerala style dish that is made by mixing Yogurt. Here, I made this dish with Raw Banana and Yogurt so I give this name. You make same dish by using Yam also. Keralites know this dish very much because they can't avoid it for their traditional celebrations. If you need sweet Kalan use Ripe Banana and Ripe Mango to make this tasty dish. I tasted this dish 6 years ago I knew  only its name before. I had it from one restaurant for the Onam celebration and I liked its taste very much. I like Yogurt dishes very much because it will have a good taste whatever makes it with Yogurt. So we are making Kalan in my home after that and Yogurt helps to increase its taste. It is very easy to make and it is super combination with hot plain Rice for lunch. Grated Coconut Paste gives thickness and natural traditional taste to this dish. It is also a spicy-less dish so it can be useful for children. This is very healthy and tasty traditional dish.

POTATO SAMBAR

We all know about Sambar because it is that much popular and traditional dish which can made by different method. Usually we are making Sambar with mixing different vegetables and Lentils. Today, I made very easy Sambar and its main ingredients are Potato and Tomato. Its taste is really good and Split Green Gram gives good taste to this. Potato and Split Green Gram have creamy effect so these are excellent combination to make Sambar. Sambar is mostly used by South Indians with the side dish with Idly, Dosa and Rice. Here I am showing how to make very tasty Sambar with limited ingredients. It is little bit spicy and also has sour taste and I would like to have this with hot plain rice. You can use it with anything as you prefer. Potato Sambar is mother's dish and she was making long years ago and it is my favourite vegetarian dish. SPICY DIAMOND CUTS

Everyone is using different types of snacks in the evening and it became habit for everybody. Most of the people like to have crispy snacks in the evening with Tea. Mainly we are using Banana Chips, Jackfruit Chips, Potato chips and Onion Fritters as the evening snack. Here, I made very crispy and spicy diamond cuts that are made by Plain Flour. It is completely homemade snack and very useful to all. Homemade snacks will be very good to health so we can use natural snacks to get good health. This snack is new to so many people but we can make it very easily. This is contains spicy and little bit sweet taste and it is an excellent combination with sweet hot Tea. You can make with limited ingredients and I used natural Coconut Oil to frying this. To get softness and crispy effect I kept the dough for 30 minutes. I like medium spicy snack so I used less quantity of Red Chilli Powder and used more White Pepper Powder so it is good to health.

We all are trying to get different tasty chicken dishes every day because Chicken is that much popular in everywhere. Chicken dishes and taste will be different based on places and preferences. Today I have come up with another tasty Chicken dish which is called as Spicy Chicken in Tomato Gravy. We need to use more ingredients to make this dish but all are traditional and common ingredients and these ingredients will be available in houses always. Its main specialty is that we have to use very less quantity Coconut Oil to make this dish. I tasted it from my aunt house first and I got recipe from her and I tried. It was good combination with Chapati and Plain hot Rice. Tomato is an excellent combination with Chicken. It will have thick gravy and also has the mixed flavour of Cumin Seeds Powder and Fennel Seeds Powder. This is little bit spicy dish and very special to non-vegetarians.

SOUTH INDIAN STYLE COLOCASIA MASALA FRY

Colocasia dishes are very healthy dishes and tasty and usually it will be available in houses. Now a day we can get it from small shops and super markets and price will change based on season. Colocasia dishes are using so many countries especially in Gulf Countries. In this article, I would like to share the recipe of variety South Indian style Colocasia Masala fry. It is medium spicy dish and I used the ingredients which I like. It has the taste and smell of masala and its taste is similar to non-vegetarian dishes. SOFT POORI WITH TASTY BLACK CHICKPEAS CURRY

Today I made Soft Poori with Tasty Black Chickpeas which can use as Breakfast. Fried Poori with Masala flavour black Chickpeas curry is an excellent combination. This is my favourite combination for breakfast so I am making this so many times in my house. This curry is little bit spicy dish with the flavour of Fennel Seeds Powder and Garam Masala Powder. Let us start a day with this super combination.
