Soups are very good to health so we are using it on daily basis. Soups are very useful to anyone who needs to lose weight. We can make different soups with vegetables and non-vegetables. Taste will change based on the ingredients which we are using to make soups. I have made so many soups in my house. Today, I am going to share very tasty and creamy vegetable soup through this article. This is made by mixing Carrot, Potato and Onion. To increase the taste and creamy effect I used fresh cream. This is very healthy soup and its method of preparation is very easy and simple. Its method of preparation is entirely different from other soup recipes so its taste also very special to everyone. Coconut Milk is also giving a special taste to this. Creamy soups are there in hotels and we can make in houses by using easy methods. It can store for 3 days but also try to use it immediately to get good health. Creamy soups are very good for children also. It is very thick soup and also having the smell and taste of both Celery Stick and Garlic cloves. Try to make this healthy soup when you need to use soup and enjoy.
Preparation Time - 15 Minutes
Cooking Time - 25 Minutes
Carrot - 4
Potato - 3
Onion - 2
Celery Stick - 2
Garlic Cloves - 2
Water - 2 Cups
Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
Coconut Milk - 1 tab spoon
Olive Oil - 1 tab spoon
Salt - To taste
- Remove the peels of Carrot, Potato and Onion and wash well and chop well.
- Wash Celery Stick well and cut it as small pieces.
- Remove the peel of Garlic and wash well and chop it.
- In a pan, add chopped Carrot, chopped Potato, chopped Onion, Celery Stick pieces, chopped Garlic, Salt and Water and mix well.
- Cover the pan with lid and cook well under medium flame.
- Remove the vegetables from it and strain vegetable stock through strainer and keep it aside.
- Put cooked vegetables in a grinder and make thick and fine paste.
- In another pan, put this vegetable paste and pour vegetable stock and mix well and boil well under medium flame.
- To this add Fresh Cream and mix well.
- Then add Salt to taste and pour Coconut Milk.
- Add Pepper Powder into this when it starts to boil.
- Turn off the fire and add Olive Oil and mix well.
- Transfer it in a serving bowl and serve it hot.
- You can adjust the quantity of Pepper Powder as per your choice.
- If you need more creamy effect add more quantity of Fresh Cream.
- You can add Chicken Stock if you have. It helps to get good taste and smell.
- You can use Butter or Ghee instead of using Olive Oil.
- It will be tastier if add fried Bread pieces.
- Try to use soup fresh and hot otherwise taste will change.
