GREEN AND ORANGE SWEET PUDDING

I am going to share one another cool and tasty dessert today through this article. It is called as Green and Orange sweet pudding because it has these two colour combination. Puddings are very familiar to all because it is used by everyone. Pudding is using as main dessert now and it is very useful to use in hot summer season. I made many pudding but I don't know which is better because all are very tasty and good. According to me pudding will be colourful to look more attractive. Its main speciality is that is can made by using any fruits. We need not to add artificial essence and colour if use fruit which is having good colour and flavour. Popsicles are the most favourite item for kids and it can be made by any fruits which like. Long years ago I was thinking that it can only get it from shops but now I know that it is very easy to make at home. I was using it in my childhood and now also I like this very much. I don't know which time is suitable for using it so that you can use it at anytime whenever you need. But you need not use it early morning and before going to bed. To get cooling effect and relaxation use it widely on summer season. I use Paper cups to make this because I didn't have popsicles mould so it is not that much attractive like shops but taste is very good. MASALA CHICKEN

Masala Chicken is one tasty and delicious dish which is prepared by Chicken. Chicken is using to make variety tasty dishes. It is very soft meat so it can cook very easily. Chicken dishes are available at any place because it is highly demanded item in everywhere. Usually I am making spicy Chicken dishes because I like spicy non vegetarian dishes. This dish has the main flavours of Garam Masala Powder and Cumin Seeds Powder. You can use any method to make Masala Chicken by adding variety masala powders. Coriander Seeds - 1 tab spoon

Cauliflower - 500 gm
Onion - 1
Shallots - 10
Chopped Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Dried Red Chilli - 2
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Fennel Seeds Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut Oil - 2 tab spoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Salt - To Taste
Water - Required for cooking.

Method

Green Chilli - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tab spoon
Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
Coconut Milk - 1/4 Cup
Vegetable Oil - 2 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Salt - To Taste
Water - Required For Cooking

Method

This is one tasty and healthy fresh juice that is made by Raw Mango and Gooseberry. It is having very good and attractive Green colour. This is not only looking attractive and it is very good to drink. This is very easy and simple recipe and it is made by own ingredients. MIXED COLOUR SMOOTHIE

Today, I have made one tasty and very good creamy drink that is called as mixed colour smoothie. It is having two colour combination such as Yellow and Orange. So I give this name mixed colour smoothie and I made it first time today. Here, I used 3 different fruits such as Mango, Banana and Papaya. These 3 fruits are there in my home so It is 100% healthy and natural drink. This is also known as mixed colour milk shake. This is thick drink and I suggest you to make this at home because it is having amazing taste. Mango is one of my favourite fruit so I made many drinks with this. So I decided to mix some other fruits to get variety taste. To get more flavour of Mango I used only Mango Essence here. You can make this drink with thick Yogurt also. It is very useful to use in hot summer season or when we tired. It can give energy when tired so use it. This is completely variety drink and looking very attractive. BLACK GRAM SPICY STIR FRY

Black Gram is one Black colour Beans which is mostly used in Indian dishes. It contains a lot of health benefits. It helps to boost energy, reduces pains and increases immunity power. Black Gram has many names in different places. It is the main source of minerals, Vitamins, Protein and antioxidants so it is very useful for vegetarians. It will be available in shops and supermarkets. It is very tasty item so we can make many tasty dishes with this. Its taste will increase if make it little spicy. This dish is not there in hotels so I can say that it is completely a homemade dish. I have made spicy dish with this many times in my home. I like its traditional taste and smell very much. Traditional Chicken roast is one tasty dish which is made by Chicken. This dish is having thick and spicy gravy. All ingredients that I have used here are very tasty and traditional so this is completely traditional dish. This is my grandmother special dish. This recipe will be very useful for everyone especially who likes Chicken dishes very much. Traditional dishes are very tasty always. These types of dishes are very spicy but it will healthy comparing other dishes. You have to use Coconut Oil to get traditional taste. It can be used as the side dish with breakfast, lunch and dinner. This dish contains the sour taste of Tomato and the mixed taste of both Onion and Shallots. Method
Wash Ivy Gourd well and cut it thin and round shape pieces.Remove the skin of Onion and Shallots and slice it thin and lengthy.Wash Green Chilli well and chop it.Crush dried Red Chilli with some Water.Heat a pan and heat Coconut Oil in it and splutter Mustard Seeds.Then add Curry Leaves and Green Chilli and fry it.Then add sliced Onion and Shallots and add Salt to taste and saute well.Then add Turmeric Powder, crushed dried Red Chilli and saute well.Then add Ivy Gourd pieces, Salt and pour a little Water and saute well for 5 minutes.Cover the pan with lid and cook it well and stir it well under low flame until dry and make it fry as desired.To this a…

GOOSEBERRY CHUTNEY

Preparation Time - 5 Minutes

Ingredients

Gooseberry - 5
Shallots - 5
Chopped Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Dried Red Chilli - 5
Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Salt - To Taste
Water - Required for cooking.

Method
Wash Gooseberry well and remove its seeds from outside and cut it as small pieces.Remove the peel of Shallots and wash well and chop it well.Cut dried Red chillies as small.In a grinder, add Gooseberry pieces, chopped Ginger, chopped Shallots, dried Red Chilli pieces, Grated Coconut, Curry Leaves, Salt and pour a little Water and make it thick paste.Put it in a bowl and mix well and serve it in a serving bowl with steamed Rice and mashed Jackfruit.Tips You can use Onion instead Shallots.Use Green Chilli and Red Chilli Powder instead dried Red Chilli.Don't add too much Salt while making Chutney.Chutney should have balanced taste of Salt, Sour and Spicy taste.Ginger is optional ingredient so you can avoid it if you don't like its flavour.

Stir fry is very simple and easy recipe and it is famous and tasty Kerala style dish. It can be made by any vegetable which we like. Today, I made one tasty stir fry which is made by Cauliflower stir fry. Cauliflower dishes will be tasty always. This is completely a traditional dish and I used very natural Cauliflower which is there in my home.

February 14 is very special and favorite day for everyone and especially for lovers. Today, we all are celebrating Valentines Day and it is very special day for serving sweet dishes. We can make any sweet dishes to celebrate this special moment and it can give more happiness. I would like to share the recipe of special Cake today. We all are buying cakes from outside but it is very easy to make at home. Homemade cakes will be very healthy because we are not using any food colour and preservatives. It will 100% natural always. Green Smoothie is one of my favourite drinks and it is also known as Green Milk Shake. I am making this types of drinks with many methods. It can make with any fruits and vegetables which we like.
