CREAMY ORANGE PUDDING

Preparation Time - 15 Minutes Cooking Time - 1 Hour Decoration - Orange Slices Ingredients Orange - 3 Milk - 1 Cup Fresh Cream - 2 tab spoon Condensed Milk - 1/4 Cup Corn Flour - 2 tab spoon Method Remove the peel of Orange and seeds from inside and put it in a blender and blend it well.  Strain it thorough a strainer and keep it aside. Pour Milk in a sauce pan and boil it well and leave it for sometimes to cool and strain it. Put Corn Flour in a small bowl and add some Milk into this and make Corn Flour solution. Take a pan and pour this Corn Flour solution to this and heat it slightly. Add Fresh Cream into this and mix well. Then add Condensed Milk and mix well and make it thick. Turn off the fire when it boils well. Add Orange Juice to this and mix well and let it cool. Pour boiled Milk into this and mix well. FISHLESS FISH CURRY

Fish curry is one favourite dishes for Keralites so we are using many fishes to make fish curry. But here I am going to show you one vegetable dish which is made as same as fish curry. This dish will be very helpful to everyone. Here, I made it by using natural ingredients to make this. This is super combination with hot Rice and Chapati. Its taste is same as fish curry so I give this name for this dish. CARROT STIR FRY

Preparation Time - 10 Minutes Cooking Time - 15 Minutes Ingredients Carrot - 250 gm Garlic - 2 Green Chilli - 2 Shallots - 5 Onion - 1 Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs Salt - To Taste Water - Required for cooking Method Peel the skin of Carrot and wash it well and chop it. Remove the peel of Garlic, Onion and Shallots and wash well and chop it. Wash Green Chilli well and chop it. In a grinder, add Grated Coconut, chopped Green Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds, some Curry Leaves, Salt and pour a little Water and crush well. CUCUMBER AND RAW MANGO CURRY

Cucumber and Raw Mango curry is delicious Kerala style dish. Keralites are mainly using this type of dish by making Grated Coconut paste. Cucumber and Raw Mango is very good combination that's why we are making this dish in my house. It is an excellent combination with hot steamed Rice. Watermelon is very good cooling fruit so it is mainly used in summer season. This is very big fruit as comparing other fruits. This is very sweet fruit with very attractive green colour. Grape juice is one of the famous and tasty cool drinks. Summer season is full of hot season so we have to drink different cool drinks. VANILLA SWEET SNACK

We can't avoid snacks in the evening time because everyone is using it including children. Snacks item are good combination with hot Tea and coffee. You can use these items with fresh juices if you don't like Tea and coffee. Many snacks are there in both houses and shops. I made one tasty and variety snack item today. My friend gave me this first time when I was staying in hostel. This is very soft and sweet snack so I like it very much. So I asked her about this recipe so I got it from her. DRUMSTICK CURRY WITH COCONUT MILK

Drumstick is one of the healthy vegetables that is available in everywhere. It is looking very attractive with Green Colour and lengthy. Its price will change based on season. Drumstick will be there in every house in Kerala and it is there in my home also. It is the main vegetable for Onam and Vishu celebrations. We can make many dishes with this tasty vegetable. CHICKEN LIVER TOMATO ROAST

Chicken Liver is very soft Liver that has very less cooking time. We need not to use pressure cooker to cook it. We can make Chicks Liver dishes within 20 minutes. This Chicken Liver Tomato roast is looking very attractive and it has the mixed taste of both sour and spices. Chicken Liver contains Calcium and Protein so it is very useful for anyone who is having anemia. It helps to gain body weight. Chicken Liver dishes can not store for long time so use it immediately after cooking. I like Chicken Liver so I made it very tasty with limited ingredients. BREADFRUIT POTATO MASALA

Preparation Time - 15 Minutes Cooking Time - 30 Minutes Ingredients Breadfruit - 1 Potato - 2 Garlic Cloves - 3 Green Chilli - 4 Onion - 2 Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Dried Red Chilli - 3 Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon Corn Flour - 2 teaspoon Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil - 4 tab spoon Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon Chopped Shallots - 1 teaspoon Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs Salt - To Taste Water - Required for cooking Method Peel the skin of Breadfruit and cut it as thin and square shaped pieces and wash it well for 2 times. Peel the skin of Potato and wash well and cut it as small cubes. Remove the peels of Garlic and Onion and wash well and chop it. Wash Green Chilli well and chop it. Crush dried Red Chillies and keep it aside. Put Corn Flour in a small bowl and pour a little Coconut Milk and make Corn Flour solution. Heat a pan and heat Coconut Oil in it.

MIXED FRUIT CREAMY MILK SHAKE

Milk shake is one of my favourite drinks so I am trying to make many Milk shake in my home. I like very cool drinks very much because it can give us variety feelings to us. My father loves sweet dishes such as Payasam, Pudding, Halwa, fresh juices and milk shakes. We are living hot summer season now so definitely we have to prepared any cool drinks to get cooling effects to our body. I know that everyone will be busy with making cool drinks. Natural fruits are available in this season so we can make drinks very easily. Milk shake is also known as smoothie. Milk is the common ingredient for any Milk shake and it should be chilled always. Milk shake will have thick consistency and also has creamy texture. I am not using Ice Water when I make Milk shake but so many people are using it but it is not that much tasty. TENDER COCONUT JUICE

Preparation Time - 5 Minutes Cooking Time - 5 Minutes Ingredients Tender Coconut Pulp - 1 Cup Tender Coconut Water - 2 Cups Sugar - 4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder - 1 teaspoon Method Break Tender Coconut and remove pulp from inside and strain Tender Coconut water through strainer. Put Tender Coconut Pulp in a blender and pour a little Tender Coconut water and blend well. Pour remaining Tender Coconut water, Sugar and Cardamom Powder into this and blend well. Pour it in a serving bowl and serve it cold and fresh. Tips Use very soft Tender Coconut Pulp for making this juice. Use Honey to get sweet instead Sugar and change the quantity as per your taste. No need to use Sugar if Tender Coconut Water is very sweet. You can add Lime Juice if you need sour taste. Use Cinnamon Powder instead Cardamom Powder. Instant Rasam can be made very easily as its name. It can make by using many methods, here I made it with Tomato. It is mainly used as the side dish with hot Rice for lunch and dinner. It is very useful to improve digestion process so many people are using it after food. Rasam is having loose consistency and that is the main different of this dish from other dishes. It can make with less ingredients but taste is really good. Some people don't like Rasam but almost everyone like this very much.
