Milk shake is one of my favourite drinks so I am trying to make many Milk shake in my home. I like very cool drinks very much because it can give us variety feelings to us. My father loves sweet dishes such as Payasam, Pudding, Halwa, fresh juices and milk shakes. We are living hot summer season now so definitely we have to prepared any cool drinks to get cooling effects to our body. I know that everyone will be busy with making cool drinks. Natural fruits are available in this season so we can make drinks very easily. Milk shake is also known as smoothie. Milk is the common ingredient for any Milk shake and it should be chilled always. Milk shake will have thick consistency and also has creamy texture. I am not using Ice Water when I make Milk shake but so many people are using it but it is not that much tasty. Very thick Milk shakes are very healthy especially for children. This drinks contains protein rich milk and some fruits so they can get these benefits to their body when they use it. Some children don't like to use Milk so this is the good idea to consume Milk very easily. It can be made by using any fruits and vegetables. My opinion is that this drink will be tasty when mix more than one fruit. Mixed fruits can give lot of health benefits and attractive colour. Here, I am going to show you one variety mixed fruit creamy Milk shake. I used three fruits here, Muskmelon, Apple and Red Cherry. It can provide good energy when use 1 glass of this milk shake. I have use Cinnamon Powder to get good flavour and it is super combination with Apple. This is very useful for everyone in this season. Enjoy with this tasty and healthy cool drink.

Preparation Time - 5 Minutes

Muskmelon Fruit - 1
Apple - 1
Red Cherry - 5
Chilled Milk - 1 Cup
Condensed Milk -1 teaspoon
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ice Cubes - 3

  • Peel the skin of Muskmelon fruit and wash well and cut it as small pieces.
  • Wash Apple well and cut it as small pieces.
  • Cut Red Cherries into two pieces.
  • In a blender, add Muskmelon fruit pieces, Apple pieces, Red Cherry pieces and some Chilled Milk and blend well.
  • Pour remaining chilled Milk, Condensed Milk, Cinnamon Powder and Ice Cubes and blend well until soft and creamy.
  • Pour it in a serving glass and decorate it with Red Cherry and serve cold and fresh.
  • You can use either Red colour and Green Colour Apple without sour taste.
  • To get creamy texture use well ripe Muskmelon fruit.
  • You have to boil Milk before freeze it.
  • Almond Milk also useful instead Milk.
  • If you need more creamy texture use some Cashew but powder, Peanut Powder, Almond Powder and Milk Powder.
  • Use Sugar instead Condensed Milk.
  • To get healthy drink use Honey to get sweet taste.
  • Use Cardamom Powder, Vanilla Essence or any fruit essence instead Cinnamon Powder.
  • Use a little Ice Water if you need.
  • Use it immediately after preparation otherwise taste may change.

Fish molly is also known as fish stew. It has different name in different places. We can write it as fish molee. It is completely a traditional tasty curry. I can say that it is entirely different from other fish curries because its colour and method of preparation is completely different from others. It can make it by using any type of fishes. Better to make it with king fish but here I have used Mackerel fish because I couldn't get king fish. Usually we are making spicy red colour fish curry in houses and hotels. Keralites can't eat rice without fish curries or dishes because fishes are the main side dish of their daily day life. It will be available in some standard hotels and it has a royal effect. It will be a special and variety item to everyone. Its tasty is very nice and different from other fish curries. We need not to add chilli powder to make this and also we need to fry the fish before making this curry. Mainly it is preparing by Christians or in Christian houses.
