It is very sweet and tasty dessert which is made by sweet Watermelon. Watermelon is very big, sweet and red colour fruit. We can make juice, milk shake and ice cream with this. Today, I made very sweet dessert with this sweet fruit. It has the mixed taste of both fresh cream and coconut milk. I used Vanilla Essence to get good taste and flavour. Usually we are making pannacotta with two colours but here I mixed fruit and cream so it is having only one colour. Its taste is entirely different from other dessert so it can be used for special occasions.
