TOMATO BANANA MILK CURRY

Preparation Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 25 Minutes

Ingredients

Tomato - 3
Raw Banana - 2
Onion -1
Green Chilli - 3
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Tamarind Pulp - 1 teaspoon
Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup
Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Salt - To Taste
Water - As required for cooking

Method
Wash Tomato well and slice it as small pieces.Peel Raw Banana and wash well and cut it as small cubes and keep it aside.Remove the peel of Onion and wash it well and slice it lengthy.Wash Green Chilli well and slice it lengthy.Heat a pan and heat Coconut Oil in this and splutter Mustard Seeds.Add sliced Green Chilli into this and saute it well.Then add sliced Onion and Salt and saute well until brown colour.To this add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Coriander Powder and saute well until remove raw smell.Then add Tamarind pulp and mix pour.Pour Water as required for cooking and boil well.To thi…

WATERMELON COOLER

Preparation Time - 5 Minutes
Cooking Time - 5 Minutes
Decoration - Poppy Seeds

Ingredients

Watermelon Cubes - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1 tab spoon
Lime Juice - 1 teaspoon
Mint Leaves - 2
Poppy Seeds - 1 tab spoon
Ice Water - 1/4 Cup
Ice Cubes - 3

Method

Remove both peel and seeds of Watermelon and cut it as cubes.In a small bowl, sock Poppy Seeds in Ice Water for sometimes to become soft.In a blender, add Watermelon Cubes, Sugar, Lime Juice, Mint Leaves and Ice Cubes and blend well.Strain the extract and add socked Poppy Seeds to this and mix well.Pour it in a serving glass and serve it cold.Tips Use sweet Watermelon to make this drink.Use Honey instead Sugar.Avoid Sugar if use sweet Watermelon.

CREAM PUDDING

Preparation Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 15 Minutes

Ingredients

Milk - 1 Cup
Condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup
Milk Powder - 1 teaspoon
Fresh Cream - 1 Cup
Cashew Nut Powder - 2 teaspoon
Boost Powder - 2 teaspoon
Gelatin - 1 teaspoon
Ice Water - 1/4 Cup

Method

Sock Gelatin in Ice Water in a small bowl and leave it for sometimes and melt it by double boiling and keep it aside.Beat fresh cream well until soft and frothy with a beater.Boil Milk in a sauce pan and add Condensed Milk into this and mix well.Then add both Milk Powder and Cashew Nut powder and mix well.Turn off the flame and add soft and frothy fresh cream little by little and mix well.Then add melted Gelatin and Boost Powder and mix well.Pour it in a pudding mold and keep it a freezer to set well.Then demold it and cut and serve it cold.Tips Choose creamy Milk to make this pudding.Use Horlicks Powder instead Boost Powder.Use Whipped Cream instead Fresh Cream.Use Sugar to get sweet instead Condensed Milk.Use Honey as sweet if you nee…

RAW MANGO STIR FRY

Preparation Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 15 Minutes

Ingredients

Raw Mango - 2
Green Chilli - 5
Shallots - 10
Onion - 1
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Salt - To Taste
Water - As required for cooking

Method

Peel Raw Mango and wash well and cut it as thin and lengthy pieces.Remove the peel of both Shallots and Onion and wash well and chop well.Wash Green Chilli well and chop it.Put Grated Coconut, Turmeric Powder, chopped Green Chilli, Chopped Onion, chopped Shallots, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves and Salt and crush well.In a pan, add Raw Mango pieces and Crushed Mixture and mix well.To this add Salt and Water as required and mix well.Cover the pan with lid and cook it well under medium flame.Pour Coconut Oil into this when Water evaporates completely and mix well.Turn off the fire and serve it hot in a serving bowl with hot Rice.Tips Don't use Raw Mango with high sour taste to make this…
