COCONUT BEEF CURRY

Preparation Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 30 Minutes
Decoration - Red Bird's Eye Chilli

Ingredients

Beef - 1/2 Kg
Garlic - 3 Cloves
Ginger - 1 Piece
Onion - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoon
Red Bird's Eye Chilli - 10
Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Fennel Seeds Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut Oil - 2 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Chopped Shallots - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Salt - To Taste
Water - As required to cooking.

Method
Cut Beef as small pieces and wash well with water for 3 or 4 times. Peel Garlic and Ginger and wash well and chop.Remove the peel of Onion and wash well and slice thin and lengthy.In a grinder, add Grated Coconut, Red Bird's Eye Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Coriander Powder and make thick paste with some water.In a pressure cooker, add Beef pieces, chopped Garlic and Ginger, sliced Onion, Coconut Paste, Some Curry Leaves.Pour Wate…

BUTTER CHICKEN

Preparation Time - 15 Minutes
Cooking Time - 25 Minutes

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken - 1/2 kg
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon Stick - 2 (1/2 Inch)
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 2 teaspoon
Almonds - 15
Cashew nuts - 20
Fresh Cream - 1/4 Cup
Butter - 1/4 Cup
Salt - To Taste
Water - As required for cooking.

Method
Cut boneless Chicken as small pieces and wash it well.Peel Onion and wash well and cut as small pieces.Wash Tomato well and cut it as small pieces.Roast Cardamom, Cloves and Cinnamon Stick in a small pan and make it fine powder by using a grinder.Sock Almonds and Cashew nuts in water for 10 minutes.Then make it paste with some water and keep it aside.Heat Butter in a pan and add chopped Onion and Tomato and saute well.Put it in a grinder and make it thick paste.Heat Butter in a pan and add Boneless Chicken and Salt, Cover the pan with lid and fry both sides for 10 minutes.To this add Onion Tomato paste and mix well.Then add Turmeric Powd…

FRUIT HONEY SALAD

Ingredients

Green Grapes - 1 Cup
Orange - 2
Lime Juice - 1 teaspoon
Honey - 2 teaspoon
Mint Leaves - 3

Method 
Wash Green Grapes well and keep it aside.Wash Mint leaves well and chop it.In a bowl, add Green Grapes, Orange and chopped Mint Leaves and mix well.To this add Lime Juice and Honey and mix well.Transfer it in a serving bowl and decorate with fresh Mint Leaves and serve.Tips
You have to choose seedless Green Grapes to make this.You can use Sugar Syrup instead Honey.
