PENNE PASTA WITH PAN FRIED CHICKEN SAUSAGE SALAD

I have come up with a new recipe called Penne Pasta With Pan Fried Chicken Sausage Salad. It is very simple and easy to prepare with a few ingredients. I hope you would really enjoy with this recipe.

Preparation Time - 5 Minutes
cooking time - 5 minutes

Ingredients

Penne Pasta - 1 Cup
Olive Oil - 2 Teaspoon
Chicken Sausage - 3 Pieces
Fresh Green Peas - 1/4 Cup
Chopped Onion - 2 Tab Spoon
Salt - To Taste
Pepper - 1 Pinch

Method

  • Slice Sausage as medium size and keep it aside.
  • Boil Pasta for 10 minutes in a boiled water. (Add 1/4 teaspoon Olive Oil in a boiled water and boil Pasta in it for 10 minutes)
  • Blanch the Fresh Green Peas in boiling water for a few minutes and put it in ice water immediately to resist over cook.
  • Heat Olive Oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken Sausage until Golden Brown color on both sides.
  • Pan fried Chicken Sausage and boiled Pasta together in a serving bowl and mix with cooked fresh Green Peas and Olive Oil.
  • Then seasone with Salt and Black Pepper and serve it.
Tips
  • Add Olive Oil in boiled water when you cook Pasta to avoid stickiness
  • Put fresh Green Peas in Ice water immediately after cooking to sustain natural green color and resist over cook.

RED COWPEAS COCONUT MILK STIR FRY

Cooking Time - 25 Minutes

Ingredients

Red Cowpeas - 1 Cup
Onion - 1
Green Chilli - 1
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup
Coconut Oil - 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Chopped Shallots - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Salt - To Taste
Water - As required for cooking

Method

Sock Red Cowpeas in Water overnight and wash it well next day.Peel the skin of Onion and wash well and chop it.Wash Green Chilli and slice it thin and lengthy.Take a pan and put Red Cowpeas, chopped Onion, sliced Green Chilli, some Curry Leaves, Salt and enough Water to cooking and cover it and cook well.Heat a small pan and heat Coconut Oil and splutter Mustard seeds in it.Then add chopped Shallots and Curry Leaves and fry well.Turn down the fire and add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Black Pepper Powder and saute well until remove raw smell.Add cooked Red Cowpeas into this and mix well.…

DRUMSTICK WITH COCONUT CURRY

Preparation Time - 15 Minutes
Cooking Time - 25 Minutes

Ingredients

Drumsticks - 250 gm
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Green Chilli - 1
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
Coconut Oil - 1 tab spoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Chopped Shallots - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Salt - To Taste
Water - Required for cooking

Method

Wash Drumstick well and cut it 1 1/2 half inch lengthy.Peel the skin of Onion and wash well and slice it thin and lengthy.Wash Tomato and chop it.Wash Green Chilli well and slice it lengthy.In a grinder, add Grated Coconut, Cumin Seeds, Salt, some Curry Leaves and enough Water and make thick paste.Heat Coconut Oil in a pan and splutter Mustard Seeds in it.Add chopped Shallots into this and fry it.Then add Curry Leaves and stir well.Add sliced Onion along with Salt and saute well for sometimes.Then add sliced Green Chilli and chopped Tomato and saute well.Add Turmeric …
